About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable Scrapper / Forklift Operator to support production by moving material, collecting and sorting scrap, and keeping the work area clean and safe. This position is ideal for someone who’s confident on a forklift and takes pride in organization and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap.
- Collect, sort, and stage scrap materials; load balers/compactors or scrap bins.
- Perform accurate counts; complete basic tracking logs or RF entries as needed.
- Keep aisles, docks, and scrap areas clean and free of hazards (5S).
- Inspect forklift before use; report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Assist with general material handling and occasional line support as directed.
What You Need

1+ year recent forklift experience (sit-down).

Resume required to be considered.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, housekeeping, and safety practices.
- Basic math and record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
