KCConsulting is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join a growing manufacturing team!

Responsibilities:
✅ Process packing lists and shipping documentation in the ERP system
✅ Coordinate daily outbound shipments with the shipping team
✅ Verify inventory accuracy and finished goods counts
✅ Prepare, package, and ship finished products
✅ Select the most efficient shipping methods and carriers
✅ Maintain excellent customer service while handling shipping inquiries
✅ Apply shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation
✅ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed

Qualifications:
✔ Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse administration experience
✔ Experience with ERP systems preferred
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
✔ Ability to use calipers, tape measures, and basic hand tools
